My design process
Find the exact issue
Whether it be the brutal user experience, the questionable build quality, or maybe the solution doesn't quite hit the mark.
Sketches, CAD, 3D prints.
This gives me an idea of how to approach a solution to a given problem, starting with a broad range of ideas.
No one gets it right the first time.
And thats what you pay for, someone who is willing to obsess over an issue and produce the best possible solution.
